David has spent his career at the intersection of field operations, and strategy. During a national disease outbreak, he led the deployment of roughly 20,000 field service providers and built the UK's largest diagnostics testing infrastructure — work that taught him firsthand what it takes to mobilize, manage, and stand behind teams in the field in complex, mission-critical environments. He has worked with over 30 executive teams at McKinsey & Company, and he earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
