Founder & Managing Director
David has spent his career at the intersection of field operations and strategy. During a national disease outbreak response, he led the deployment of roughly 20,000 field service providers — work that taught him firsthand what it takes to mobilize, manage, and stand behind teams in the field. He went on to McKinsey & Company and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
David founded Pond Street Partners to offer business owners a genuine alternative to private equity and strategic acquirers — committed to partnering with best-in-class operators, empowering their teams, and helping them grow for the long term.
